CELESTE VICTORIA
SEPT. 11, 2002

NABJ is saddened by the loss of one of its members, Celeste Victoria, on
Sept. 11, 2001. Celeste, 41, of New York City, was an executive
at the Risk Waters Group. Celeste was a dedicated and active member of
NYABJ. Her daughter, Jasmine, now college age, grew up attending NYABJ
meetings. She stole everyone's heart. NYABJ honors Celeste's memory
through a scholarship, which will be awarded to Jasmine to assist with
