Scholarships
The Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists awards two $1,000 scholarships to deserving high school seniors or college students who reside in the Delaware Valley. Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 (C+), and must submit a copy of their transcript as part of their application.

Student Members

For many journalists, the spark of interest in our career field began as a teen. High School and College students are welcome to join PABJ as student members. Download and application and become a member today. Students who are enrolled at Temple University are elgible to join the Temple Association of Black Journalists (TABJ).
